a submission for hype jam 2022! a game jam for game trailers!

Goodbye To Wonderland is an idea ive had for a long time for an RPG Maker game based on Alice in Wonderland. It follows the story of a depressed teenage girl who wants to die, and a bizzare mad hatter who tries to help her make friends.

this trailer is purely for fun, and is not at all a representation of my final view on what the game will be like when i actually develop it.
so its not a real announcement trailer, or a real kickstarter trailer, or any real trailer.. its a fun one-week challenge for making a fake trailer for a fake game trailer jam. thats all there is to it!

a few audio mistakes here and there, some things arent as polished as i'd like them, some assets are awkwardly positioned on screen... but it is what it is!
a few assets were premade before the jam such as the player character's pixel sprite (though some edits have been made to it specifically for the jam), and three CG images that were drawn beforehand. the audio was commissioned a while ago just for the story in general by the talented musician Circlejourney.  all other art was made in the span of a week.
